RETURNS
We are confident that you will love your piece from SHOSHANNA LEE JEWELRY. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept return requests within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be returned in original packaging. Please contact us by email at admin@shoshannalee.com with the reason for return and the name under which the item was purchased.

Return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply.

Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. Any issued refunds will be on the original card used to purchase when ordering.


EXCHANGES
SHOSHANNA LEE JEWELRY wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us by email at admin@shoshannalee.com with the reason for exchange and the name under which the item was purchased. We will accept exchange requests within 30 days of the customer receiving the order.

Exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply.

Please note that we will not accept any returns or exchanges of damaged, worn, or altered items. Any personalized or custom items are not eligible for a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to returns and exchanges.
